High performance isn’t just something Calvin Smith teaches — it’s something he’s lived. A 2008 Olympian, former Adidas professional track athlete, three-time USA World Indoor Team member, and part of the 2014 indoor 4x400m world record team, Calvin understands what it takes to compete at the highest level.

Calvin specializes in helping busy adults build strong, lean, athletic bodies through structured, results-driven training. His programs are built around performance principles that improve strength, conditioning, mobility, and
overall confidence — without extreme diets or random workouts.

In addition to adult coaching, Calvin also trains youth, high school, and collegiate athletes through speed development and
performance-based group training designed to improve explosiveness, mechanics, and competitive edge.
